About Us2012-07-31T02:15:48+00:00

We’ve been doing this for awhile.

Our architectural services target the goal of having your project built and up in operation as soon as possible. For over 38 years DRA has produced designs for construction types as varied as hotels and motels ranging from 60 to 150 rooms, warehouses and industrial buildings, office buildings, health-care facilities, commercial-retail facilities, educational facilities, residential buildings and religious institutions. With a design team that, collectively, possesses over 100 years of professional experience, we have access to a wealth of knowledge, not only in design, but also in working with agencies, consultants and contractors.

Over time, we have developed a method of “cutting to the chase” by focusing on only those essential items required by code and local jurisdictions to obtain a building permit – saving our clients time and money. Coordinating interior finishes and equipment with the owner and contractor, we design a building’s exterior in accordance with the owner’s vision, balanced with the vernacular and surrounding architecture. Let us assist you in meeting your time and budget requirements.

DRA is currently licensed to practice architecture in California, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. We remain enthusiastic in our pursuit of out-of-state business opportunities and will continue to add state licensures to our repertoire as needed in the future.

Joel loves the design process and realizing clients visions – there is nothing cooler than walking through something that drew with lines on paper, Big fan of my kid Easton, golfing, collecting vinyl and telling himself it sounds “warmer” and exploring this amazing state we live in.
